Returns & Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and as such we handle each query on an individual basis and to the best of our ability.While we hope that you are delighted with your order, if you are not perfectly satisfied with goods purchased from our website, we will happily offer you a full refund or exchange, once we are happy with the condition of the returned item(s).

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, in perfect condition, unlaundered, with all the labels and original unbroken strings, attached in the original place and in the original packaging. Customers must not wear make-up, perfume, hairspray etc that could mark or leave a scent on the clothing. Customers should cover their faces with a scarf when trying on all items, to avoid marking of garments. When trying on garments, customers must also remove all jewellery, which can snag delicate items.  We are unable to accept returns where these instructions have not been followed.

Should you decide that you want to return an item (whether for a refund or exchange):  please contact us at info@lindamelinda.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

We can only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are received by us within 7 working days of the returns number being issued. We have the right to refuse to accept delivery if delivery is not made within 7 working  days.

In such instances, the customer must cover the cost of the return of goods. Our insurance will cover the value of goods in transit, but they must be returned using a track & trace service with a signature required. Website returns may also be dropped into either of our stores in person.

With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

We have the right to refuse any exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a condition whereby they are not saleable or they are damaged.

Returning Goods from Non EU Countries

Returned items will be only credited to the account used to originally purchase the items, less any taxes, import duties or shipping charges incurred. With exchanges, your new item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as we receive your returning package and any additional payment which is required.

As part of our after sales service to you, we would like to advise you of our returns policy.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

PLEASE NOTE: New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We do not sell used items and will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. lindamelinda, is not responsible for any item that is not returned in the manner as stated above. Faulty Goods: Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months of purchase. Please note that items which are damaged as a result of wear & tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
